Nature's candelabra 4" x 6" print on 10" x 10" paper
Item No. 8843
Often considered a weed, this velvety soft plant known as mullein boasts a plethora of medicinal uses, most notably for the treatment of respiratory ailments. Its leaves can also be used as bandages and toilet paper when in the field. If left undisturbed, mullein will grow an eight to ten foot stalk bursting with compact bouquets of yellow flowers. This plant began my journey into exploring society's overuse of the word "weeds" and our toxic war against them.
This image is printed on museum quality fine art agave paper which is considered a sustainable medium as the agave plant requires minimal maintenance, and water, and grows quite quickly.
This translates to more cellulose being produced on the same cropland than with other raw materials, helping to save valuable resources.
Fits in a 10" x 10" frame. Need a frame? We offer a classic design in white, maple, or black. Check them out here.
Pairs nicely with Long-Dash Butterfly print.
